The level of education possessed by parents was one of the factors that&nbsp;</em><em>influenced parenting provided by parents to children which in turn will affect the development&nbsp;</em><em>of child’s spiritual moral, but that we need to know is the extent to which the role of these&nbsp;</em><em>factors could influenced their spiritual moral development. Based on the research statement,</em><br><em>the aimed of this research was to know the significant of parents’ educational background and&nbsp;</em><em>family parenting on the development of children spiritual moral in Islamic Junior High&nbsp;</em><em>School of Al-khairiyah Pabuaran-Cilegon. This research used a survey method with a&nbsp;</em><em>quantitative approach. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Methods of data collection using non-participant observation methods, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were the principal, Islamic education teachers and class X MIA students. The data validity was done by using data triangulation technique and source triangulation technique. Data analysis includes data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data display (data presentation) and conclusion drawing / verification. The result of this research is that in teaching Islamic Education the teacher uses the demonstration method by applying three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of learning. Preparation for learning the teacher prepares learning tools, formulates goals to be achieved, prepares the necessary tools or media and estimates the time that will be used in learning. Teachers are very involved in developing effective teaching materials for the progress of students in learning. Meanwhile, the existing teaching materials still need improvements because there are several errors such as paragraphs in the reading that are not aligned left-right, capital letters errors. Therefore, to solve this problem, it is necessary to find a solution in the form of developing integrated thematic teaching materials based on the reciprocal teaching model for grade IV elementary school students. This articles aims to&nbsp;</em><em>produce valid teaching materials. This type of research is development research using the 4-D model (four D models). The model consists of four stages, namely defining (defining), designing (designing), developing (developing), and spreading (deseminating). The results showed that the integrated thematic teaching materials using the reciprocal teaching model obtained the proportion of validity of teaching materials and lesson plans were 87.5% (material) with a very valid category, 75% (language) with a valid category, and 81.8%&nbsp;</em><em>(design). with a very valid category.
